2026 Cottage Rental Season
May 22 - September 11, 2026
Five night visits: Sunday to Friday. Check-in & Check- out at 1 PM.
The number of guests is limited to TWO persons at any time - inside or out. Additional guests may not come & go.
Reservations for the 2026 season will be available as of Saturday, November 1st, 2025.

Rates
- $260 per night - May, June & September
- $280 per night - July & August
- Five nights only
- Sunday Check-in 1PM, Friday Check-out 1PM
Memorial Day Weekendl: Available 3-6 nights, arriving Friday or Saturday
Rental Rates are based on Double Occupancy.
Children, ages 6 & up, are welcome. Guests must be 25 years age or older to rent.
Rates do not include local taxes (10.5%) and the $150 Cleaning Fee.
The Full Rental Fee is due 90 days prior to arrival, payable by check. Guests will be sent a payment form.
A Cottage Agreement will be sent to guests. Guests are required to sign & return the Ageement within a week of receiving it. A check for the Security Deposit ($300) is to be included.
The Security Deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days of departure, if requirements detailed in the Cottage Agreement are met & the check-out list is observed.
No Smoking/No Pets/No Camping on the property.
No Parties, Entertaining, or Events on the property.
Guests will be sent a packet of maps & information about the cottage, the area & all that is in place for a comfortable & enjoyable visit.
